Commercial interlocking floor tiles are used in a wide variety of environments, this could be an industrial factory and manufacturing plants or commercial automotive showrooms to busy building entrances. All require regular cleaning & maintenance using the correct machinery and chemicals. Beaver Floorcare is well versed in deep cleaning all types of PVC flooring and have extensive knowledge in providing the correct frequency of maintenance cleans to ensure the product looks its best at all times. A typical method for cleaning interlocking floor tiles would be as follows;
- dry sweep the floor removing dry particles and dust
- application of alkaline cleaner to deep clean the tile surface
- agitate the cleaner and recovery solution using a wet vacuum or scrubber drier
- repeat the process as necessary to achieve the desired result
- application of polymer maintainer if required
If it is easier, we can provide a full programme of maintenance using our trained operatives coupled with the supply of approved cleaning chemicals for onsite daily spot and spill removal. We don’t only deep clean and sanitise the floor tiles, we will nourish the floor using high-quality chemicals to ensure it retains its original appearance. If your interlocking tiles require an anti-slip finish we can apply Dr-Schutz PU anti-slip that will provide the necessary slip resistance for your establishment (50+PTV).
Dependant on the type of installation you have we can advise on the correct methods that should be installed for daily cleaning to achieve a superb result every time. For large areas, we can advise and install the correct type of scrubber driers with the most effective pads or brushes.
