Specialist Cleaning Operative

A great opportunity to join a specialist floor cleaning company with over 25 years experience supplying specialist services to high-profile customers and with a reputation for the very best standard of floor restoration, maintenance and customer care.
The position involves working as part of a team and as an individual (when trained) to undertake floor restoration projects and planned maintenance works to the highest standards throughout the UK.
Experience in the cleaning industry is essential, with a good strong work ethic and a desire to learn different skills and develop through your training as the business grows and expands.The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering customer satisfaction through attention to detail. The role will include training for the following skills:

• Stone floor grinding & sealing
  Floor polishing
  Strip and sealing
  Carpet cleaning methods
  Wood floor sanding
  Wood coatings
  Epoxy floor painting
  Anti-slip treatments

Excellent starting salary with progressive stages and excellent prospects throughout the company. Successful applicants should have a flexible approach to working hours as we do travel and work throughout the UK which will include night working – accommodation and subsistence are provided.

We are situated in Ullenhall, near Redditch – you will need your own transport to get to our unit.
